Launching a new brand at scale
In 2024, Inside Real Estate's flagship product needed more than a refresh — it needed a complete repositioning. I led the creative from the ground up: brand architecture, style guide, and rollout across every internal and external touchpoint for a platform serving 300,000 agents and brokers across the US and Canada. BoldTrail launched as a cohesive, confident brand built to grow.

Unite: brand from screen to stage
Every year Inside Real Estate brings its entire community together for a two-day conference. My job is to make sure the brand shows up consistently across every surface — event identity, print, signage, SWAG, and digital ballroom presentations — and to be there on the day to make sure it all holds together in real time. Unite 2026 delivered an average 4.8 out of 5 star attendee rating across brand, customer delight, and overall experience.

These are a few snapshots of the Inside Real Estate brand before the 2024 refresh. I worked closely with our VP of Marketing to craft a look, style, and vibe that really spoke to our audience. Inside Real Estate’s flagship product, kvCORE, boasts over 300K users across the US and Canada, and it’s been an absolute joy watching the brand grow in such fun and exciting directions.

At the Inman Connect conference in Las Vegas, we got to truly show off our passion for our top-rated product in a big way!

Creating these content PDFs has been a blast! The goal was simple: keep the brand consistent while delivering content that’s actually useful for prospects and clients in their day-to-day business. It's all about striking that balance between creativity and real-world value.
This 2021 Holiday video was a collaboration between me and the content writer. I acted as art director - curating the look and feel. (Fun fact: that's my voice on the voice over.)

Building a creative system at scale

Over eleven years at SmartZip, I grew a direct mail creative catalog from a single design to over 600 pieces, scaled to nine million pieces per year. Every card had my fingerprints on it — whether I designed it directly or set the vision, selected the imagery, and built the guidelines for a team of designers to follow. At its height this was one of the largest real estate direct mail programs in the country - sending out more than 9 million pieces a year.
For the 2018 SmartZip holiday campaign I owned everything — concept, script, landing page, and creative direction. The goal was warm, festive, and genuinely human in an industry that often isn't. Filmed and edited by Ricky Borba.
