I've spent more than two decades doing one thing: figuring out what a brand needs to say, and making it impossible to look away from.
That work has taken me from building a direct mail catalog from a single design to over 600 pieces at nine million per year, to leading the full rebrand of BoldTrail, a platform used by 300,000 agents and brokers across the US and Canada. In between, I've directed event experiences, produced video, built brand systems from scratch, and mentored designers who've gone on to do their best work. I've done it across print, digital, experiential, and content, and I've stayed hands-on through every step.
My approach starts with a question most people skip: what does this actually need to do? Not what should it look like, but what does it need to accomplish, and for whom? The answer to that question drives everything. The concept, the system, the details, and the culture that makes the work repeatable long after the initial brief is closed.
I lead with empathy, direct with honesty, and build teams where the boldest idea wins regardless of who brought it in. I believe a creative director's most enduring output isn't a campaign. It's the standards, the trust, and the creative confidence they leave behind.
I'm based in Albany, Oregon. I create because I can't not.
