International Women's Day
What started as an internal campaign to recognize women in leadership grew into something much larger. In 2025 I expanded the program to include voices from our agent community — sharing nine women's stories through social storytelling. The campaign generated a 10.71% engagement rate which is a 43% increase from 2025, and an 83% increase in impressions. Numbers aside, it's the piece of work I'm most proud of this year.
